NCJ is looking for essays and articles with a political focus. We want writing that is analytical, insightful, and well-researched. Writing should be nonpartisan; we are not looking for opinion pieces.

All submissions should be through our submissions form.

Simultaneous submissions are welcome. You may submit more than one piece at a time. We do accept previously published writing, but please let us know where your work was published.

There is no hard length limit, but keep in mind that most of what we publish is below 6,000 words.
